- Refund:If you prefer not to wait, you may keep using the freezer with our AC adapter. we can process a full refund for the battery. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with this option, and we will ensure the refund is handled promptly.
- Wait for Replacement:If you are willing to wait, once we receive the new batch of batteries which meet our safety and quality standards, we will prioritize your order and send the battery to you as soon as possible.
